If your car is stuck in 2nd, then your motor is in "limp mode". A couple more culprits are...ATX relay (see FAQ), TCU, the tranny, etc.. When you had your fluid changed, was there mention of any metal flakes? Did you have MOPAR ATF +3 put in or did you have an equivelant put in? MOPAR fluid is best for these picky trannys btw.
One more thing, we need more info. I'm pretty sure there's more to it than just the tranny being in limp mode...like....how did it get there? How long has it been doing this? Cold motor, warm motor, or all the time? After driving for awhile or all the time?...etc.

I SECOND limp mode ... Jumping to a broken hub is pretty severe without all the facts ...

the car came from a dealer auction changed fluid no metal some times if you let off petel it wiil shift also its always tring to find its idle chaned isc and air idle valve also took plenum off and replaced gas to make sure no vacum leaks also if i buy a new trans control from my work do i have to take it to dodge or can i program it with my acctron scaner also it passes on key on engine off
