I have started to replace the 2.0 engine with a 1998 Breeze 2.4 engine. It looks like a harder job than I thought. Do you know if any front mounts will bolt to the 2.4 and to the Avenger without being modified? Also I would like to use the Breeze Automatic instead of the Avengers stock automatic. Will this work or what will need to be changed? I have the whole 1998 Breeze car and another 1998 Avenger parts car. I have already put the 2.0 DOHC head on the 2.4 which was also A DOHC head. I can see the 2.4 does not have the mounting for the bracing to support the 2.0 fuel injection intake and I will need to build that. The power steering, Air conditioning and alternator brackets are a puzzle at this time as well. Any help would sure be helpful.

 

There is only one person I know of that has swapped a 2.4 and he's on another forum that I'm not allowed to mention (by this forums rules )

what do you plan on doin with the parts off the 2.0??? is it a auto or manual?? if its a auto i could use some of the parts off it!!
