Default Ram Air

Hey this is my first post so bear with me if this topic was mentioned before. I've got a 97 Venge with the 2.5 and I was wondering about some sort of ram air set up. I'm pretty positive that no one sells an aftermarket setup, but I didn't know of a custom mod. I know with time and money anything can be done but I was thinking there has to be an easy way. I didn't know if there was a way to pull air out of a scoop or the space between the hood and the body. I even saw an old Thunderbolt with a 427 where they took out the high beams and put in two massive tubes running right through. Anyway, thanks in advance for any ideas on the topic.
Thanks,
Mike

easiest way to do this is a cold air intake and remove the foglight and mold up a custom scoop ...

You could mold a Viper nacca duct (hood scoop) into your stock hood and try to build ductwork to a shorty intake ...

Sorry this may be a stupid question but what would you need to do to mold a nacca duct in to the stock hood? is it a really big deal?

Last question. Would you have to reprogram the ECU or will it relearn itself like it would for the cold air intake?

I also saw on ebay a cdold air that is already to accept for a ram air setup. I can't remeber the name buti it should make things a little easier. I was thinking about doing the hood thing as well but i would need to buy a stock hood first.

That's more hassle than it's worth really.

What do you maen by more hassle. Getting the new hood or doing ram air in general. The reason that i would have to get a hood is because it is carbon fiber.
