P1776 - Ignition Retard Request Duration Fault
P1788 - Pressure Control Solenoid "B" Open Circuit = looks like you have a bad solenoid in the tranny
12 - means the battery was removed within the last 50 cycles
32 - An open or short in the emissions solenoid (in short). Possible air/fuel imbalance not detected during diagnosis
35 - Open or shorted condition detected in the radiator fan high or low speed relay circuits
36 - Open or shorted condition is detected in the secondary air injection solenoid circuit (manual tranny only) = that's an emissions issue
37 - Transaxle park/neutral switch failure
52 - Oxygen sensor signal inpuut indicates rich fuel/air condition during engine operation
So, it seems to me that your EGR solenoid is shot, you need a new one. This could be why your throwing emission codes and your car doesn't even have an air injection system.
You're radiator fan isn't working like it should.
Your Park/Neutral switch is bad, which doesn't make sense since you can switch gears without malfuntion...except the limp mode part, lol. It does make sense if it's referrencing the solenoid though.

Well we can disregard the emissions and all the codes except the 1776,1788,0700. It seems my egr was blocked off to check and see if that was a problem.... The last codes were after I had the computer reset and with the egr not blocked off. I took it to advance and had these codes pulled, so what does this all mean??? Do i need a tranny rebuild?????? New tranny????

Well, Candy. If you would pull your transmission dipstick and look at the fluid. It should be pinkish/red and it shouldn't have any sparkling pieces of metal in it...tiny pieces.
It's hard to tell. I don't think you need a new tranny though. I'm leaning more towards needing new solenoids.

i unfortunately had this same issue and my transmission needed a rebuild. it would get stuck in 2nd gear, and i tried swapping solenoids out and still got the CEL, and when i checked my fluid i noticed some little tiny sparkles that silvercoupe is talkin about. just giving you a heads up. hopefully that's not the problem though.
