Ok is anyone actually racing their Veng..not drag race either..any moron can drag race his car till he blowz it up..i mean is anyone out there autocrossing..anything..is so id like to here some of ur stories and some performance status...

 

I've raced down a Mid Ohio sports car course ... It's a 2.4 mile road course ... They have a triple crown tuner challange every year ...
It's a judged car show, a sound competition, and a speed portion ... They average all three scores and the highest total wins ...Iwon this year !!!!

Gratz BV......good to see some1 using their car...i autocross mine down at PIR...its just a cone course..and its timed...still need to get tires...im pretty much runnin drag radials..that rnt drag radialz right now..lol..and PLZ dont be like Alain and tell me to type correctly..i hate typing...i am an adult...with 3 kidz..

 

I've autocrossed some but have to be too carefull with all the Carbon fiber on the car ....Mid-ohio has school and I've run down there hot laps pulling 140mph down the front straight

thanks all for your input.....ok as ive said before...im gettin rdy to build a motor for my veng(after i get done with the wifes damm stealth..lol)..is the 2.2 stroker motor really a viable way to go?...ive seen several on another forum(ahem)..that ppl have blown..not sure if it was out of stupidity or what..but i am concerned about puttin about 6 grand into a motor that may go **** up on me at any moment..this will be used only for daily driving and autocross occasional road racing(not street racing)..am planning on using the 8.6 or w/e comp. pistons so i can boost fairly well..also can anyone reccomend a tranny..(5 speed)..with LSD that would be a viable counterpart to such a task?

PS also any highflow heads out there on the market that anyone knows of?
