Default Steering Groan

So my steering is basically groaning when I turn just a little. If I make a turn like a 90 degree turn it stops but if I make slight corrections on the road or when I am at low RPMs it graons really bad. I havent done anything yet cuz I have no clue where to start.

So i figured out what was the groaning in my steering. It was the ball joints the way that i figured out is that one wheel came out of the ball joint and pulled the half shaft out. I would recommed that people get their ball joints checked out because the guy that is working on mine says that is what he sees most avengers in for.

Yeah they just finished today. They did both front ball joints and the half shaft that got ripped out. How do I submit a reimbursement? The total cost came to 522 that is with labor.
