Default High Stall TC and Exhaust

Hey,
I am about to do the swap, have all I need (at least I hope so)! Was thinking about getting a stall TC but have no clue what to look for and how much they run for! Saw some posts mentioning a 2800RMP stall TC but can someone provide me more info about TC and where to get them! Also looked at some posts on Flowmaster 40series and would love any comment or suggestions on exhaust (maybe a video).
Thanks!

bad venge,
Is there any difference between 2.5L TC and 3.0L TC, since I am doing the swap?
Thanks!

It's just what it says the muffler has either one or two outputs that you can mount tips to or piping
