you can buy premade ones ...henshin auto designs, import fan tc sportline, ebay
I took 1/2" plexiglass routed out the front shape . siliconed that to my glass picnic table top , applied mold release , spread out the carbon fiber clothtucking it in along the plezi form , mixed up a batch of resin and applied to the rear of the cloth to stiffen it ...let dry and remove , cut and trim excess cloth ... apply more resin to top sand smooth ( It took around 100 hours).... flip back over cut metal 1/8" aluminum to fit underneath ... apply resin to adhere it , then apply a layer of fiberglass matting to the underside , apply fiberglass resin ... let dry ... final sanding , then apply aytomotive clearcoat
