Default Codes and a question....

I have a few questions regarding some codes I've recently received on my 1997 Dodge Avenger ES (automatic 6 cylinder).
First code is 14. I understand that it has to do with MAP sensor. Not too surewhy I got the error messageor how toremedy it.
Second code is 43. No idea what the problem is or again how to fix it.
Both these codes were obtained from toggling the ignition. I understand if you disconnect the neg. battery cable the check engine light will turn off, but I don't want to do that until I can figure out what exactly I should do to fix the above to mentioned code errors.

A little background on the car. It is idiling ROUGH. Hasn't stalled, but feels like it may when idiling in gear or neutral. I have recently replaced all spark plugs (platinum)and fuel filter hoping that would fix the rough idle, but no luck. I think there may be electrical issues as well, as the car doors will sometimes automatically lock and the left side mirror down adjust button doesn't seem to work with it.

I realize I've thrown a few significant issues out there, but if anyone can help me out withthoughts or suggestionsit would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Default RE: Codes and a question....

code 14 =Map sensor voltage too high / low
Harness and connector / Replace MAP sensor
code 43=Ignition coil #1 / #2 primary circuit
Harness and connector / Ignition coil #1/#2
Multiple cylinder misfire (M/T)
Ignition coil / Spark plugs / Ignition circuit / Injector / Upstream HO2S / Compression pressure / Timing belt / Crankshaft position sensor / Air intake / Fuel pressure / Crankshaft position sensor circuit and connector

The first trouble seems like it's the map sensor ir the wiring going to it ...
second code I'd guess plug wires or distributor cap causing the misfire ...the misfire will cause rough idle ...

the door trouble and mirror are likely unrelated ... mirror switch is likely corroded and needs cleaned

Thanks for the quick reply Bad Venge!
I'll look into replacing the MAP sensor and check out the plug wires and distributor cap.
The timing belt has never been replaced in this car, I understand that may help the rough idle, but do you know if I'd get a different error code doing the keydance specifically for the timing belt or would error code 43 cover that as well?
Thanks.

EGR can be blocked/pluggrd up ... I'd try removing and cleaning and see if that works first ...

The SRS light is unrelated trouble with the airbags

a po300 code is a random misfire code witch means it is not just missing on just one cly. witch kind of eliminates a ignition problem unless you have multiple ignition parts going bad more likely a fuel problem or vacuum leak

A P0302 code means that the the car's computer has detected that one of the engine's cylinders is not firing properly. In this case it's cylinder #2.

P1776 On a Dodge it is solenoid switch valve latched in the low/reverse position.
It usually means that the solenoid pack or the valve body in the trans has gone bad.
