Default 3.0 swap Question

i know i posted a question about the same topic before, but i just recently got another job and was considering the 3.0 swap. but i wasnt planning on doing the labor myself cause i would end up screwing somthing up.... abouthow much would a mechanic charge to swap an engine?

I'd guess $300/$600 dependant on the shops per hour charge ...
