Default Timing belt problem!

Hey,
I'm having timing belt issues! First it's slipping out 2-3mmof the rear cam gear, second teeth are going in weird on the front cam gear, seems like it wants to skip a tooth or two! I am not sure it's normal, but it's just odd! Timing is set, rotated it couple of time, and still on the marks!
I will try to post a video on utube, but right now I am gonna put a better quality video for download! http://rapidshare.com/files/55847554/MOV05632.MPG.html

IS it possible that new timing belt is still needs to be stretched to fit the cam gear perfectly!? I took the new one off and put an old one back on there, and it worked fine! Did not see any problems!

It's possible ... but the top gear sure looked woobly in the video ... I thought the tensioner was enough to get the belt tight/fitting right
