i replaced my head gasket, and everything was fine, till i noticed a compression leak, it was comming from egr valve, got a used egr valve but didnt replace the egr solienoid, now the leak has gone away, but the exhaust has a strong smell to it, could it be the solienoid, or the fact that i didnt put the egr flange tube gaskets back on it?
