Wont Shift Past 2nd Gear
I've got a 95 dodge avenger, It's not shifting past second gear, the
check engin light is not on, if it matters the ABS light is on. I
changed the tranny fluid and I did not see anything excessive on the
magnet, changed the speed sensors, and changed the solenoid pack, I
also have a spare TCM but I'm not sure if that one is good. Is there
anything else I should be checking? Would the ABS be causing the car
to go into limp mode? Also AutoZone could not scan my Computer.

No the ABS lite will not stop the trans from shifting. To scan 1995 and some 1996 cars, you need a obd 2 wire with 2nd pig tail to ck for codes. But you ck engine lite is not on, you may have lost a relay that supply battery voltage to the system. But reason you can't shift pass 2nd is beause the transmission is in limp-in mode.
