As stated they just open up ... Can't really locate it they just open up internally ... If they are gone they need replaced , or can be wired around with a fuse and hard wires ...

do you know the amperage they are supposed to open up at so i can buy a fuse and rewire around it, and is the relay behind the radio called "set assy" supposed to click when you turn the key the last click to start?

I'm not sure on amperage ... I thought it called out on the electrical schematic ... check them to be sure it's open first ...
not familiar with the relay you speak of ...

i have to buy a new voltage meter, butis there any other fusible links in the car, my car shorted out because 2 wired touched( the + and - wire that power the led under the center console, they melted and finally shorted something. i unplugged the wires and disconnected the led but what would that make not work? some kind of relay?

i turn the key the last click to start, the relay behind the radio, the relay on the firewall all the way towards the drivers side clicks, and the ABS box clicks and thats it, no activity other than that.

I'd back trace the starter main wire and see where that leads you ... trying to troubleshoot over the net is like doing brain surgery by telephone
