yeah i agree im also looking into putting a 3.0 in my 2.5 spot it can be done but like bad venge said the manual trans wont work the motor mounts are on the wrong side so thus youd have to fabricate alot of **** to make this possible.........but i shall get that 3.0 in my car i work in a shop where i have the right tools at hand

hear we go again ... [:@] The 3.0 donor car and tranny will not fit .... NO ONE has sucessfully transplanted the pair ... it requires major fabrication the entire wiring harness and computers ...so far there has been many attempts the only promising one had everything in to find out the tranny was junk from the wreck ... he lost intrest and parted it out ...

yeah my bad... lol i didnt knotice the 2.0 lol there would be to much money for that swap... you would have to rebuild the whole car pretty much just for the 3.0 to work with the engine

I've never known anyone who has succesfully put one engine inside another.

Joking aside, that conversion would be way more work than it's worth. Much more cost effective nad practical way to get more oomph out of your 2.0 is a turbocharger.
