this car was running we parked it the got back in it couple hours later and it wouldnt start it turns over but acts like its not getting spark there is no check lights on the last time it did this was a hit and miss thing about two years ago it would run fine then at times it wouldnt run i found it to be the crank positioning censor this time it gave me no warning at all just wont start loooks like no spark any ideas im on my way to get a replacement cps at this point ill check back soon for help or if it works after

 

There is a cps test procedure above it's likely that or the relaysalso posted above

 

cps was a no go put new on in still not starting i here clicking under hood but i believe im not hearing the fuel pump

 

check fuel pump it has fuel coming out the tank i unhooked line on top of tank and turned key the fuel is there when key is on

 

i changed the plugs the day before this started could the time have jumped?

 

changing plugs has nothing to do with timing ... Did you do cap/Rotor???

no on the cap and rotor there was one plug front bank on the right that got closed up during install
when i fired the car up it was missing and the check engine light flashed i turned it off found the plug problem fixed it then it ran great more power than before the next day she drove it once it was fine then later tht day it just wouldnt start

 

OK your positive the fuel pump is running ???
How many miles on the car ???
How long since the cap/rotor changed???

 

cap and rotor done maybe year ago maybe alittle longer
the fuel im not sure i opened the fuel line back on the top of the tank and turned the key on and a good amount of fuel came out im not sure if its reaching the fuel rail or not i also cant hear the fuel pump running there are no codes comeing out of it as of yet
