Default 96 Avenger Tune Up... Can you help me?

Im in highschool and i want to know how to getmy 96 avengergoing a little bit faster soon... not saying that im going to speed all the time... but i want some1's opinion of what to do for around $1,000... $2,000 if needed... i want to have the car that everyone admires in my school

and
the lower controlarms are out in both front sides but my dad said he would fix that problem... (i think thats what was wrong with it)

Check into the lower control arm RECALL the dealer will do it for FREE >>>
As for faster might help to know what motor ect you have

if its an automatic id just try to make it look good lowering kit nice rims etc a stick i might say cold air intake ,bigger exhaust , a chip ,fuel manegment a good set of plugs and wires?

its an automatic... but i live in a small town with crappy roads so i dont really want it lowered... im thinkin bout a nice paintjob... but i still want it 2 go a lil faster

1. if he wanted to make it look nice he would have asked about how to make it look nice
2. the only chip that works for the v6's is the icon superchip
3. why does he need to spend money on an aftermarket fuel setup when he's stock
4.plugs and wires arethe only good advice you gave him quite honestly
