tranny question
my 98 dodge avenger automatic, i swear it has a clutch cable or somthing it comes right out of the fire wall and ends right were the clutch pedal would be and it also looks like my brake pedal brake has a spot for a clucth pedal is it possible my car used to be a manual tranny? if not whats this cable for? thanks

there has never ever ever ever been a 2.5 manual tranny in all of the history of avengers ...
the only way it might have been a manual if it was a four cylinder and someone swapped for the v6 auto ...
