Default Bad Vibes...

This morning I noticed that as soon as I got above 30 mph, my venge' started vibrating really badly. Not a rapid, fast vibration, or a rattle, but a really deep shaking that unnerved me. I got out, thinking I had a flat, but my tires were fine.

Anyone got any ideas what it could be?

1. make sure there all balanced properly

2. make sure none of the belts on your tires seperated

quick test would be have them all balanced androtated front to back and see if it still happens.

otherwise could be a suspension issue.

Have you had the ball joint recall done ???? If not I'd get to a dealer ASAP bad vibrations like that can be a warning of arm failure ...
Also check the wheel bearings bad wheel bearings can make the wheel loose and wobbly causing similar troubles
Check the wheel bolts for proper torque loose lugs can cause wobbles too

Well, I checked carfax, and there were no signs that the previous owner EVER had the ball joint or Lat arm replaced for the recall. It DID show that the milage was inconsistent several times when she had taken it in for oil changes, etc...

I'll be taking it in as soon as I find the nearest dealership.
I'm assuming that any part under recallis replaced free of charge?

if they try to hassle you tell them you'll call chrysler. if they don't budge call chrysler up directly and they will get you a dealer that will replace them.
