Default Lower Control Arm Bolt Help!

Im trying to change the halfshaft on my 96 Avenger and Im having a hell of a time getting the bolt out of the lower control arm. Anyone have any suggestions outside of WD-40 and a hammer? Thanks

I think I was too vauge n the description of my problem. Im not trying to remove the control arm. Im trying to remove the bolt that runs thru the A fork and bolts thru the straight lower control arm. I got the nut off of the bolt but it will not come loose from the rubber grommet in the arm. Hammering and lube has moved it a milimeter but thats it.

I've had to use another bolt (slightly smaller) and a C clamp to push the bolt out , other options are a properly sized pin punch to drive it out ...
