Default car's dead somebody help figure out why

ok so here's my problem. i have a 95 avenger 2.0L 5-speed. last week it siezed on me and after i had it towed home the first thing i did was pull the plug wires out and the #4 plug well was full of oil. i pulled the valve cover off to find that the plug rings had failed so i replaced them. while i had the cover off i looked at the internals and they looked to be in excellent condition considering the mileage. while i still had the cover off i took the time to check the timing belt which was in mint condition, i checked the plugs, wires, and distributor and they all checked out fine. the car has a new battery and the starter tested well and the car has spark...... problem is that the engine will only turn over a couple times and VERY VERY slowly and obviously won't start. so to recap all the internals seem to be fine, new battery with spark and starter's fine but non running engine. anyone have any ideas? anything would be greatly appreciated. thanks, brandon

maybe a bad ground/power wire some where? just a idea or maybe check to see if you are getting fuel press.

When you say it seized , you might be right ... sounds like the bottom end has issues causing it to turn slowly
