Default Windows rattling???

To anyone who might know,

Is there anyway to tighten my power windows so that they do not rattle when driving down the road when partially opened? It is quite annoying. Thanks in advance.

sounds like you close the door using the windows ... that loosens/bends the tracks faster then anything ...
Remove the door panel and examine the tracks for signs of bending , if they are bent you'll need new ones ...
if they look good then examine the tracks there are "pads" that are white delrin plastic and are adjustable to provide tension they have a hex head on the outside and a 10mm bolt that "locks" it in place ... if the plastic is missing/broken there's the rattles , if they are all there then they might need tightened to prevent the windows from flapping ... DO NOT overtighten as that can shatter the window , also after the adjustment is done do not use the windows to shut the door

OK, here is the solution to window rattling!
You will need to remove the door panel and inside window seal! If you look inside, you will see two metal retainers(glass has two plastic hooks that go into the retainers with windows up), both secured with 2x12mm bolts. They are both adjustable. All you have to do is to loosen the 12 mm bolts and use 5/32 allen to adjust the retainers.
