Default 95 avenger 2.0 no start

Just bought a 95 avenger at the auction.Car cranks but won't start.Pulled out the chilton's and started checking stuff.Changed asd relay still no start.Pulled codes and get code#14.Checked for voltage at map and no voltage.Does the asd relay control the 5 volt at map sensor? What other sensors are in the circuit for the asd realy? Would a shorted o2 sensor stop the asd relay from turning on? What othe rsensors are in the 5 volt circuit? Could it be possible for a sensor ahead of the map sensor to be open and that is the cause of the lack of voltage at the map sensor? any help or wiring diagrams would be greatly appreciated.

Fuel pump has voltage only after trying to start car. Then pump runs for about two seconds.I'm thinking maybe ecm is bad cause that is what supplies the 5 volt ref. signal to the map sensor right? The car should still start with out the map sensor voltage right? It should just run in limp-in mode I think.

yes to both.plugs are wet and the spark is there but weak.I checked for a ground to the ignition coil from the asd relay per the service manual and it's not there. So asd relay not turning on.Checked for the 12 volt at asd relay and get 12.5 volts. So I'm wondering why it's not turning on.Anyone go any ideas?

I'd try grounding the wire from the ASD and try to start it ... I'm betting a broken/corroded wire on the ASD relay

Update finally got it running.I unplugged the tps and then the 5 volt signal came back. But the head gasket is no good.Has anyone tried the headgasket sealer you add to the radiator? I would rather add that if it works than take it apart. Thanks for all the help.

The head gasket sealant is JUNK ... All it does is clog the radiator and make a mess
