Default Timing belt and water pump replacement

Ok going to replace the timing belt and the water pump, my questions are this. Should I buy OEM water pump and belt or will local auto parts store parts be ok. Also is there anything els that should be replace whileIm doing this, like seals stuff like that. Thanks all.

tensioner ....A must replace ...I've seen too many fail after a new belt destroying the belt and engine

Ok thanks but what about the rest of the questions, should I get OEM (water pump,timing belt and Tensioner)parts or local auto parts store is ok.
