Default problem with security system

Everytime that i open my passenger door or trunk my secuity system goes off with the horn and lights flashing. I pulled the fuse for the anti theft system on the driver side but that just got rid of the horn going off and the lights still flash for a couple minutes but then go off. does anybody have any idea what causes this

The passenger door pin switch is likely bad ... The trunk switch on the latch may be bent or unplugged

I don't understand the problem with the alarm going off. It's supposed to do that.
Seriously though, give us the conditions of the issue. Things such as:
- the car is running
- you locked the door with key or keyfob, then opened the latch/door
- etc.
The alarm had to of been armed for the alarm to go off ever time you open the door/trunk unless you're having issues with the alarm itself. Tell us more so that we can more accurately determine the issue(s).
