This may help... I work for an autoshop and we use a website called identifix to find out common issues on all vehicles...this is what the two codes pulled up for yours;
Potential Causes:
Transmission Control Module <-This is a good place to start,check these 4 things out 1st!
Transmission Relay
Wiring Harness
Transmission Control Module Ground Wires
Diagnostic Codes:
P1768, P0700
Average Reported Mileage: 156000
