Default 1995 advenger es handling issues

I just bought a 95 avenger es and did a lot of front end work ball joints inner and outer tie rods struts wheel bearing and alinment. When i drive on dry pavement it handles well, when i get on pavement that has just a little snow it drifts bad it is terrible to control. the car has good tires but it has 215 60 r 15in tires on it and every where i look i see that it should have 16in rims is this my problem or what please advise.

check your rear knuckle bushings they are at the top of the rear wheel. if you look thro you will see a arm that connects at the top check to see if they are still in good condition. Mine went bad and ol' boy the car would slide all around in the rear fixed them and it helped out a lot.. also check all your sway bar bushings and end links
