I have not personally done it , just remember that there were issues and it wasn't right and there were wiring issues , unsure if it was TCM or sensors

I purchased a rebuilt mopar tranny from an online dealer in Oregon. Has an 80K/36 month warranty. Was $1,500 + $400 core charge back in 11/2007.

I have a lift in my garage and it took me two weekends to change out...its a tight fit, even with the right tools and I actually rebuilt my 4l60E automatic in my 95 Vette.

Good luck though

I have a similar problem with my auto (98 venge 2.5 automatic). I have replaced the front struts/mounting hardware, axles, and joints. Replaced the front motor mount and inspected the others. My noise is most noticeable when I slow down to turn and then put on a little gas and the clunk occurs. Always in the front left and very repeatable. One thing I did notice is if I manually shift into 2nd when I corner and then D after accelerating it doesn't do it. It seems to me that tranny isn't going into 2nd gear on the down shift. Is this possible? If so any ideas? Did you find any solution Yanickee?
