Hey fellas I got a problem with my venge the Idle is acting weird is just some times works good but some times is goes from 8 grand to 9 grand to10 grand, back and forth I dnnt have a clue what could be causing this any Ideas (by the way I have the 2.0L engine) thanks

 

It could be a vacuum line leak maybe. That does cause the idle to jump.

 

I'd suggest running some seafoam thru the intake tract ... That can clear the dirt out of the IAC and clear things up ... Also visually inspect all rubber hoses for cracking/dryrot

 

ok thanks guys, I'll try the sea foam and will also recheck the hoses. I'll let you guys know how it went.
