Default Rough Ride

Alright, I finally swapped the distributor out, in order to change the malfunctioning cam sensor and when I started the car (after sitting for about 2 weeks) it ran, HORRIBLY!!
It idles very rough, almost like an old school and it almost cuts off (.2RPMs) every time I cut the wheel all the way or brake with loads on, any ideas?

I'd do the seafoam thing first ... The Idle air control might be sticky/hung up and cleaning may help that

Thanks a lot! I figured it out..my buddy crossed the spark plug wires (I didn't even know it could run like that) Go Figure!! But now the car is doing the same thing it did when it needed a cam sensor. It drives for about 10 minutes then just dies on me, and the only code for the engine light is an O2 sensor, could this stop the car from running?

Normally NO ... I've never seen an O2 sensor kill a car

Alright then, one more quick question?
If a distributor was installed wrong (say <timing undisturbed> the distributor wasn't correctly marked before removing and it was installed in the opposite postion) could this make the car register the same problem as before installation or is there just some way to reset the computer other than removing the cables for a while?

I believe it's getting spark, it starts sometimes and runs for about 10 minutes before cutting off and not starting again. I thought is was the pump, but I hear it cut on when the keys in the on position to spray the plugs. How could I double check for spark?

I'm thinking you may have relay troubles either the fuel pump relay dies and the ASD relay engages /or the ASD relay is bad/or you are not getting spark...
You can pull a plug and plug it back in and ground it and see if it has spark or get one of these :

Well I'll certainly try and replace the fuel pump relay, but what exactly is the ASD relay and where is it located?
