Default Was It Worth Fixing??

Hi guys.I just spent $3000 bucks on my 1998 Dodge Avenger Sport. The car needed a new transmission and a torque converter and some other parts. My car has only 53,000 miles on it.Was it worth fixing it?? Let me know what you guys think if I made the right choice in spending so much money to fix this car.Thanks.

No.The car has just reached the 53,000 mark.Yeah I was surprised as to way it went at this stage of low miles.I was told that the torgue converter was burned and in turn did damage to other stuff including the transmission.I drove it way too long so damage was done.Thanks.

I'd say that it was worth it, assuming it stays relatively trouble free and you keep it long enough, a worth while investment and the only silver bullet to the dreaded Chrysler horse pill
