I am trying to replace the door speakers in the old 98 venge and need some adaptor brackets for the new 6.5's. Anyone know of a good source? I could make them out of wood but seems that most of the time the cost of brackets is cheaper then my time.

 

you shouldn't need ANY adapter for 6.5's as the STOCK are 6 3/4" You should just need to redrill into the stock plastic mounts ..I used some Dynamat to isolate the speakers
