96 Venge Revving Low at stops?

get a bottle , and follow the directions ..
I pour about 1/3 in the fuel tank ...
pull the hose and while the engine runs and suck another 1/3 into the intake...
pour the last 1/3 into a spray bottle and use it to spray direct into the throttle body
