is it over heating while running idle, or while you are driving it?

I actually have this same problem, although it took me a little while to realize what exactly was happening.

This model has two fans. One is constantly running to keep the engine cool during normal use, and while I'm on the highway and such... It's fine. However, they aren't quick to flip the secondary on, so the engine does -appear- to be overheating. Started freaking out, but as quickly as it raised, the second fan kicked on and pushed it right back down. It's assuming you aren't sitting, and the airflow will be sufficient. However, when idling at a light or in traffic, it has to take care of the lack of air flow.

That's strange Venge. Because I've verified that mine comes on as a secondary, even when the AC isn't on. Once the engine starts getting warm, and the primary isn't enough, it'll turn the second one on. Hmm
