Well I was finally able to solve this issue. When looking at the diagram the only possibilities for the no power were the first fuse, the relay, the switch or the etacs. I narrowed it down to the etacs which is the module that controls the rear defrost, timer that allows the windows to go down after turning the key off as well as the beeper that lets you know your keys are still in the ignition. I picked one up at a salvage yard for $4. Now everything works again.

Its mounted on the back of the black junction box connected to the fuse box. It's about 4 inches tall and 3 inches wide by a half inch deep. You will need to remove the junction box to replace it.
