Unhappy FALSE Misfire code in ALL cylinders??

Recently I had to put a new distributor in my 1997 Dodge Avenger v6. The timing is NOT an issue here. ( I installed a NEW water pump and timing kit in Dec./Jan 2010.) My car is running perfectly and the idol is smoother than when I replaced the spark plugs back in 2009.

My OBDII scanner is reading misfires in all cylinders. (P0300 thru P0306) The car is running fine at idol and at any speed. The check engine light blinks constantly. The only thing that I can think of is that the after market distributor I installed is putting off a signal outside of the factory computers parameters or I have low compression in ALL my cylinders with no catastrophic failure, which is downright impossible. Please if you can weigh in on my situation it would be greatly appreciated THANKS!!

The CKPS inside the distributor could be off/ bad or the CPS could be reading bad , or injector troubles
