What is the normal RPM when driving a Dodge Avenger 2.5 V6 at 37 MPH?

It DEPENDS ... Overdrive on/off ? level ground ? uphill? Downhill? amount of weight in the car ? tire size? air pressure in the tires ? All of these can affect RPM"s

Thanks, forgot that:

Lets say that there's only a driver and overdrive is "OFF", no uphill or downhill, just "normal driving" with good tire pressure and original tire size.

Would really appreciate an answer from several of you who's driving the V6 Avenger =)

PS, a RPM-number of uphill driving would also be great, to compare etc..

I can't answer due to the stratus gear swap I have it will read different

 

With OD on, i'm at 1.8k.

With OD off, i'm at 2.3k.


However my speedometer is off at 55MPH so this info might be irrelevent.
