Window(s) leaking. Sealent?

Window(s) leaking. Sealent?
My door side windows, sun/moon roof and trunk are all leaking!
The door seals/grommets are weak/torn, not sure where the leak is coming from the sun roof, and the trunk is leaking from the rubber tar/gunk stuff (see: http://i53.tinypic.com/akg3ll.jpg)
Something that looks like it can be done with a caulk gun, or something similar?
Where can i purchase new seals for the doors, and the rubber gunk for the trunk? (Same stuff is on the sunroof which I will replace also)
