One of the fog light bulbs burned out, how do I replace it? its on a 2000 avenger

 

jack up car , support as needed , slide under twist cap off , move spring and unplug and remove old bulb , install new bulb being sure to not touch the bulb (touching causes oils to transfer to bulb and will shorten bulb life) reverse procedure and test
