1998 ES Stalls When Stopping Only When Warm and in Gear
Hey guys,
Very frustrated. Car will not idle. Will idle fine in the driveway in park or when first started.
It started out by dropping to very low RPM when in traffic and having to goose the throttle. It did this for 2 months.
Now it will stall out completely when stopping and it is not easy to get it started again.
If I'm coasting and I slap it into neutral, it will stall.
Also, sometimes the gas pedal will lock (in the up position)
I have replaced the MAP sensor as well as the Idle Air Control Valve.
PLEASE HELP!
