Rattling window on 99 Avenger?
Hey all,
Anyone know how to fix a rattling window on the 99 Avenger? The driver side window is not pressed against the outside weatherstrip, and hence the window is a bit loose. When I have the window halfway down, and drive over any sort of bumpy road, it makes this annoying rattling sound.
Do I have to replace my weatherstrip, or is there some sort of foam I can run down the window to act as a buffer?
Help is appreciated!!

likely you close the door by pushing the window to close it.
this can bend the track/window regulator
you can remove the inner door and examine the tracks for bends if they appear straight and the regulators tight
you can find there are several plastic blocks theres a 10mm bolt holfing them and a hex key to adjust them

1 it depends on HOW bent they are
2 guide
remove phillips screw from cup behind inner door handle
on bottom of door handle remove plastic cover , remove phillips
remove phillips screw bottom rear corner
use a pry tool and carefully pry the bottom and work your way to the top
remove the electrical connector from the window door lock panel
