I replaced the motor in my avenger it will start and run for a couple seconds and shuts off...i cleared the codes and will run for 15 min then do the same checked sensors and now has no codes used a test light and something is shutting off all power has a new pcm its not the asd ive done absolutely everything and cannot figure it out can someone please help

 

Does the fuel pump lose power ?

What you are saying sounds like an ASD issue , What did you do to troubleshoot the ASD ?

 

Everything losespower including the fuel pump ...ive changed and tried tapping on it

 

THAT is normally an ASD issue ...

In that thread it says that the fuel pump will not kick on...in my case it always runs when the key is turned on but then loses power after the engine runs for a bit

 

You have to verify if the Fuel pump loses power OR the ASD KILLS the Power to the fuel pump
