Default 98 avenger a/c compressor help please!

OK, so I literally just refilled my a/c compressor about 30 minutes ago. Before we filled it, we checked the pressure and everything, and it was fine but the clutch was not engaging. We went ahead and just filled it anyways, going slowly to see if it would take. Everything went fine, air cooled down nothing was acting up. Drove the car about 15-20 mins home, when I get there and shut the car off I hear a hissing noise under the hood. Took me a few minutes to find it, but it looks like what I can really only guess is some kind of bolt with an opening? is leaking either air or some kind of vapor. Now, before finding the leak, I turned the car back on and the compressor actually kicked in this time, so i turned the air off and then back on and it was still going ok. I don't think any freon is actually escaping the compressor, and its not literally leaking I just have no idea A) what its leaking out of, like what you'd call it and b) what do I even do about it? Any help would be awesome.

I had tried to upload one the other night, and it told me it had to be approved or whatever but I'll give it another shot.

The only thing I can think of is the o rings but it looks like it might be missing some kind of connection since its just an open hole in the bolt. The red arrow points to the piece i'm talking about.
