Default newbie 1997 avenger fuel problems.

Hello. My name is mike. I have a 1997 dodge avenger. I was driving down the road and the car suddenly went kaput. The instrument panel went dead. I checked the ing switch fuse and it was blown. Replaced it with a new one and now the fuel pump isn't working. I bought a fuel pump relay and the pump still isn't working. Can't find the ecm fuse or efi fuse. Can someone please help me find a solution to this problem? About ready to junk the car. Rather fix the problem so I may drive the car. Love the avenger.

Have you checked the two white fusible links on the positive battery terminal ?

Yes I have. Can't figure out where or which fuse the two white wires go to in the fuse/relay center. I've checked every fuse in the car and all look fine. Where do I locate the ECM/EFI fuses?

There is no separate fuse for the ECM /EFI have you checked the IGN fuse underhood?

As mentioned in the PM you have to check the white wires as they are fuses as well
