Default Wet carpet problem

We have had a lot of rain lately. My driver side floor got wet and I cant seem to find the cause. Has anyone had this problem? It is not the heater core. The water contains no anti-freeze. It was not wet near the firewall, only in front of the seat where my feet go. Any ideas?

Sunroof? clogged drains? bad seals?

I'm not getting any dripping. Where is the location and routing of the drain? My father thinks it may be the door seal at high speed is allowing water through the door near the trunk/fuel levers. Quite an elusive leak.

We cleaned the door seal and blew out the sunroof drain with an air hose. So far it has not happened again.

I spoke too soon. I drove in the rain last night and had a small wet spot under my feet. I took my mirror off and sealed it with silicone. I think it was coming through the mirror seal, but not sure.

I haven't been able to isolate it. It appears to be coming in the door because it drips out of my speaker grill. I must have a bad seal near the front of the door.
