Default 97 avenger 2.5 won't start bellow 35 F

Hi I'm new in here, I have a 97 es v6 2.5 since just before Christmas. I live up in Canada and we did have a mild winter but every time temperature goes bellow 35 F or 0 Celsius Dodge is no go. There was no engine light, tried some sensors with an ohm-meter, Charge air temp sensor measures OK , coolant fluid temperature sensor measures OK. Any ideas? By the way is there a cold start injector- the reason I'm asking is I dont see that idle goes up above 700-800 rpm even when is barrely above freezing temperatures. I would like to get access to some fuel injection diagram for this engine. Thanks

PS: on warm days car runs perfect.

Get a new battery or one that can handle COLD starts. Batteries don't work good when they're frozen. Maybe you need a block warmer?

It's not the battery. Motor is turning but it won't start. When it eventualy does start I have to keep the foot on the pedal until water temp needle starts to move and it will start again and again once it's warmed up.
