Tuned, nope. You can get a SAFC if you're looking to tune out the factory rich tune. IHMO, leave it unless you are modified, but, I wouldn't think that you would be asking this question if you were.
If you're looking for a chip of some sort....DON'T get one! They don't work for us in either motor.

 

actually there is one you can get it from howell automotive but it only works on the 97 i4 5speed
