after market sport mulffer

after market sport mulffer
i have an after market sport muffler but my stock one has a pipe that is welded on to it that goes over the axle i was wondering if it was mine that is like it or any of them, also the new muffler dosent have the spots for the rubber parts that hold up the muffler so not sure what to do
