You'll probably run a little more rich than you do now and can hinder performance and gas milage. If you have a SAFC or it's other brethren to control it, I don't see why not, but it won't add any performance gains on it's own...so, IMO, don't do it. There's really no reason to.
Let's say the computer tells the injectors to spray for say... .01 seconds per pulse and it sprays 1/4 teaspoon during that pulse, in that same amount of time on larger injectors, it's more like 1/2 a teaspoon (numbers are fictional and it's only to get to the point). So, without fuel control, you run really rich.
