so my friend has the stock motor that came in his 95 talon tsi (4g63t) and im thinking about buying it off of him. he bought a 6bolt so he doesn't need the 7bolt anymore. my question is what do i all need to do the swap into my car?

- computer
- intercooler + piping
- wiring harness
- transmission
- fuel system + injectors
am i missing anything?

 

That's about right.
Everything under the hood, possibley include suspension components (I'm not sure how different they are or how the same they are on the non-awd though). You'll basically need to run the dash wiring. You'll need the speedo too. I think that's about it.
Don't forget that you will need to weld up the passenger and driver motor mounts.
